Negotiated and managed a complex land transaction with a team of attorneys and engineers, for the future home of a downtown electrical substation for Sacramento Municipal Utility District (SMUD).  Managed a simultaneous closing with SMUD in conjunction with closing of the balance of property to a local land developer. The transaction involved finding solution for screening, design approval and obtaining environmental land use covenant and a Pollution Legal Liability (PLL) policy.
