Represented the owner in the disposition of over 100-acre of parcels to corporate users and developers, in a large business park located along the “Tech Corridor” of Western Suburbs of Chicago.  Each buyer had unique needs and hot buttons ranging from environmental insurance policy, zoning and entitlements approval to infrastructure obligations and off-site improvement. The success of these transaction was solution based, and often required post-closing completion of infrastructure.
