Transformed a former stone quarry located along the “Tech Corridor” in the Western Suburbs of Chicago into a 650-acre business park with 3 million SF offices anchored by BP, Exelon, Navistar International, AMC Theaters and Target.  Managed this multi-phase, multi-year project from negotiation of entitlements, public utilities, tax increment financing (TIF), to overseeing the design and construction of $120 million of backbone infrastructure and building pads.
